Thank you for shopping with ethanE.co. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before you place an order. By completing a purchase on our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the shipping origin and estimated delivery times described below.
Where We Ship From
ethanE.co is an online-only ecommerce store. We work directly with our manufacturing and fulfillment partners, and all orders are shipped internationally from China.
Please note the following clearly:
- We do not stock or hold inventory in a United States warehouse.
- We do not offer same-day, next-day, or domestic US fulfillment.
- Every order is dispatched from overseas, which means delivery takes longer than orders from large domestic retailers.
This direct-from-source model is exactly how we are able to keep our prices low. Longer shipping times are a normal and expected part of ordering from us — please plan your purchase accordingly.
Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, our team needs 1–3 business days to verify payment, prepare, and pack your item(s) for international dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from and in addition to the shipping/transit time shown below.
Estimated Delivery Time
Total estimated delivery time is up to 4 weeks (approximately 28 days) from the date your order is placed. This window includes both order processing and international transit from China to your delivery address.

Important: These timeframes are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. International delivery times can vary due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, weather, peak/holiday seasons, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear, as the parcel must be scanned into the international network before updates show.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Because your order ships internationally, it may—depending on your country and local regulations—be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any such charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to sender for this reason, additional reshipment costs may apply.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we do everything we can to dispatch orders quickly, once a parcel leaves our facility it is handled by international postal and courier networks. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation once an order has shipped, but we will always assist you in tracking and locating your parcel.

We kindly ask that you reach out to our support team before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Because our products ship from China and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, a chargeback filed while your order is still within the estimated delivery window is premature—your item is most likely still in transit. Give us the chance to track it, update you, or resolve the issue directly. In almost every case we can sort things out quickly and fairly.
